With 10+ years of experience in people strategy, Niki enjoys helping fast-growing companies build strong foundations during pivotal scaling phases. Her background includes working at EY, co-founding a startup, and earning an MS in Organizational Development from Pepperdine where she published research on how leadership shapes culture in startups. She has led global consulting projects across four continents, helping organizations strengthen hiring, leadership, team effectiveness, and engagement strategies. Originally from New Jersey and having lived Spain, Niki's global perspective, passion for travel, and continuous learning drive her approach to enriching organizational development with diverse cultural insights.
