Niki, with over nine years of experience in talent management at EY and the entrepreneurial sector, is dedicated to humanizing business and fostering individual growth. She is currently a graduate student in the MSOD program at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where she consults internationally and focuses on strategic leadership, change management, and personal development. Originally from New Jersey and now based in Madrid, Niki's global perspective, passion for travel, and continuous learning drive her approach to enriching organizational development with diverse cultural insights.
